Our caving, tubing, abseiling and blackwater rafting Waitomo adventures in New Zealand are governed by strict procedures to ensure your safety. Please ensure you read the information below:

Bookings & Check in
Be sure to book to secure your Waitomo Adventures caving tour! Our trips are very popular and bookings are recommended, especially in the summer months. To secure the most suitable departure time(s), make your booking early. Check-in time is 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Photographs
Photography is not permitted during our activities for safety and simplicity reasons.

We do offer a photographic service whereby our guides take pre-set photos during the trip. Unfortunately we cannot take extra photos as this could impact the quality another client’s trips.

The photographs our guides take will be available for purchase at the completion of your activity. Photos/CDs are not included in the activity price.

Pricing & Cancellation Policy
Our prices also include the use of equipment listed as to be supplied (except the You Need items) by Waitomo Adventures Ltd. You will be asked to supply a credit card number to secure your activity booking.

Cancellations within 24-hours prior to your booked trip or failure to check-in at the scheduled time of departure will result in your credit card being charged with 25% of the booking value. If you do not turn up for your booked trip, 100% of the value will be charged to your credit card.

Prices are GST (tax) inclusive.
